We want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming setup, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all Secretlab products in their original condition. If your chair or desk isn't the perfect fit, our support team is here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through our official help center within 49 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original packaging with all protective foam and tools to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
